Enmaa Tourism Holding Investment Company was established by virtue of the decision of the General People's Committee No. (362) for year 2008 permitting the Economic and Social Development Fund to establish holding companies, with a subscribed capital of (1,000,000,000 LD) One Billion Libyan Dinar.
The company activates in the fields of tourist investment such as the construction of tourist accommodation facilities, parks, tourist villages as well as the development and operation of tourist facilities. And for that purpose the company owns many tourist investment companies covering all Libyan regions and it has many contributions in joint venture companies carrying out the execution of a number of major tourist projects.
